Australian Composition

Jimmy’s Gift is a video concert produced by Celtic Piping Club that features Australian-composed bagpipe music. It was created and premiered in 2020 and features pipers from across Australia performing music written by themselves or fellow Aussies.

This 2019 collaboration by the Horsley Williams Duo with composer and electronic musician Carolyn Schofield is the culmination of several years work. This performance illustrates a re-imagined sonic space for folk traditions from around the world and includes world premieres by the artists and a work by Liza Lim.

This 2019 concert with the Horsley Williams Duo is a celebration of new Australian song with special guests; vocalist and songwriter Lucy Wise and composer and electric bass-player Claire Cross. It showcases a diverse approach to Australian song and storytelling with both guests having backgrounds in classical, jazz, pop, folk and traditional music.

Lincoln is a Melbourne-based teacher, composer, music producer and founder of music publisher 'Modern Piping'. He has composed more than 150 tunes, which were released in ahard-cover book in 2021.
